Howdy, at Equity Real Estate and Waterwood Townhomes HOA one of our top priorities is making sure the property facilities are kept clean and safe so that all can use them. Since the pool renovation and reopening there have been several instances where trash and glass bottles and were left at the pool and broken glass was found in the pool. To make sure that all pool rules are being followed the HOA has hired Apache Security Service, LLC. to periodically patrol the entire grounds to make sure all Waterwood Townhome’s rules are being upheld. Apache Security is a top notch private security firm here in the Bryan College Station area.
