Please mark the second Wednesday of each month @ 12pm NOON on your calendar for the Monthly Waterwood Townhomes Homeowners Association Board Meeting!

If you would like to observe this meeting by Zoom, please email the Waterwood HOA Board at wwhoaboard.cs@gmail.com by 5pm of the day before the meeting to request a link. If you have a topic you would like to bring before the Board, please notify us by email the nature of your request at least two weeks before the meeting so it can be considered for inclusion in the agenda. Please limit comments to 3 minutes at the meeting.
