On April 16th, 2010 the Waterwood Townhomes Homeowner Association adopted the following changes to your Homeowner Rules and Regulations:
One pet per unit.
– No pet larger than 30 lbs (changed from 40 lbs)
– No Pitbulls, Rotweilers, German Shepherds
– No Doberman Pinchers or Chows
– No Ferrets
– All rules apply to pets on site, whether living there or visiting
All pets must be registered. Click Here to Register Your Pet!
Make sure your residents know the pet rules. There will be a fine for unregistered pets.
