To all Home Owners,
We will be stopping the monthly deposit to the HOA Reserve Account. However, there is no need to worry we will be taking this money and using it to improve the area and the HOA as a whole. The money will be going towards three main things.
Spring Landscape
With Spring and Summer approaching there is landscaping work that needs to be done. We will be inspecting, cleaning and fertilizing the trees and scrubs, controlling weeds, making planting beds neat, mulching the area and making sure the grass is cared for.
Fence
The fence around buildings 29, 30 and 31 are in dire need of replacement. These building back up to the parking lot and the road. Safety and security are a top priority so we want to build a quality fence to match the rest of the area.
Pool maintenance
We want all the residents of Waterwood to enjoy the beautiful pool. The pool concrete area has not been replaced in 17 years We plan on prepping and redoing the cool deck to make it look new again and so everyone can enjoy the pool without burning their feet.
We are excited to make these property improvements so we can keep the Waterwood area looking beautiful.
