If you would like to observe this meeting by Zoom, please email the Waterwood HOA Board at wwhoaboard.cs@gmail.com by 5pm of the day before the meeting to request a link. If you have a topic you would like to bring before the Board, please notify us by email the nature of your request at least two weeks before the meeting so it can be considered for inclusion in the agenda. Please limit comments to 3 minutes at the meeting. We recommend reading the Waterwood Townhomes Homeowners Association governing documents, especially the Bylaws, to better understand the responsibilities of the homeowner’s association.
